The team that gets to three first wins the game. If the score happens to change after the end is declared, that doesn't change the outcome.

I would definitely contact support to help you with the Plat. The offers are dependent on a ton of different factors including region, device, how you're connected, what color your first car was,...
Are you closing the game by hitting the sleep button on the top of the device or backgrounding the app by hitting the Home button?

Typically, your character doesn't have the required amount of blood to use the ability. If you notice this happening and you have well over the required amount, let us know.
