Best way to avoid this is to go solo or make a party. The bosses are easy enough now that soloing shouldnt be too difficult or time consuming (unless you are a warrior, then your are out of luck)

There's no way something that takes 30+ days to complete be an insignificant set. It doesn't even provide a set bonus once completed.
