passive damage and armor doesnt work on my char :/-ign anerag(warrior)

doesnt show in the avatar stats and ive tried to fo 1v1 with a mob to see my dmg but it didnt rise, its still the same also for armor-ign anerag

i deleted my lvl11 warrior(almost lvl12 anevolution) because of a lame reason , i forgot that i put some important items on that char. stash . can i get it back or not????/
