There is nothing to keep the lower levels going except for pvp.
And most who do pvp are level 41s retired and bored of pvp at end game.
I think i do see a problem coming if level caps rise to 50...

Any effect on a vanity increases its price value. If the mage doesnt have it, its value will be very less as compared to other two. More so we know mages...
