Asking if for example i pick the dmg rune and give it to whole team. Lets say it gives 30%dmg, then all tem gets 30% or i get 30%+30% from rune?

How does "rune" mechanism work? Right now I know that there is a rune that gives you speed, one that gives you dmg, armor and haste....
