Still get 1 hit I'm PVE, that 5 dodge is almost half the dodge swift set gives. Swift bow set gives 7 dodge. With + 5 dodge + 50 health elite ring goes a long way

The prices on those are insane and are 100-250m which is impossible to trade in 1 trade window so nobody sells it.
Its impossible for new players to obtain
