What gear would I need for 51?

Ah ok so I am going to try 51. Also I have angel so I was thing L66 but idk if birds are good there

I need to know which level for pvp is actually good for birds...bc 40 and below are terrible...too underpowered there :/

I am already doing endgame so I need another good level for birds.
