Not many people are willing to pay for it because prices is not that affordable..
And i think sts made the artifact for pvp system....cause pve system is all about procs and set ittems now

I think since the realease of artifact...the cost to make of arc artifact now is reduced by half since sts released double boss loot elixer...

I hope sts do something in future to make it more...

Yeah its achievable using plats or golds if you got friend who got plats and willing to farm for you...

With double boss loot elixer the platinum spent will be reduced by half

This will give you like 20-25 runes in PLATINUM dungeon runs..
1 elixer u can so like 10+ runs of ur char is geared and u can run fast and...
