It's most effective on toons that do dot and aoe Dmg... Mages fireball/curse/ice/wind/clock are dot/aoe skills also useful for rogues using nox, and tanks with windmill. But it's mainly a Mage gem...

Allowing players to delevel one level at a time for a certain amount of plat should be available in game. It will cut out the long waiting time for sts support to get back to players as well.

More importantly when is 2x fang and teeth weekend. You can test this elix on some test server, people got other things to use their time on.

I don't understand why these elixirs aren't tradable.. It's not going to hurt platinum purchase but on the contrary will drive platinum sales up as many people will buy to sell for gold!
