what i meant was be level 1 but buy access to high level maps (like delta or numa -disable xp gain) and you will drop level 1 items from monsters... and also vanities because they are level 1 as well...

So r u saying that level 55s cannot drop squids /X-ray or "campaign specific " vanities unless they r at the required level of the campaign..
