Its not very effective at lvl 10. At all. It helps for maybe 3-5 secs then goes away. I find this goes against the whole arcane ability of a shield.

It doesn't absorb 100% after a few hits the shield goes away b4 the 13 secs. Why is it even a shield if it isn't gonna protect me the entire 13. I think it needs to protect u completely. Maybe not in...
