unfortunate truth. there are not a lot of players dedicated to lvl 15 pvp. and being that the next pvp bracket up is so popular, any game lvl 15 or higher is populated almost entirely by lvl 20s.

Sunblocks here, I'm actually still around, back after about a 3 year hiatus. Unfortunately Sunblocks, my lvl 10, is now 66, so I've remade 2 new characters for pvp: rkqn at 15 and rvkq at 20.

It'd be cool to see several fights with some of the bigger names in 20 pvp
