Normal dungeons aren't incredibly difficult. They are capable of killing you, yes, but that's why you play the game. It's not really playing if you can button mash and defeat every normal map.

Not every place should be a walk in the park. If you still get exp in an area, the enemies should be able to hold their own against you.
