Those were special gems sold on auction by STS. They were never intended to be drops.

Hard cap is the current cap, also called "elite cap" because of the amount of xp needed to reach it. "soft cap" is the level below it, which is currently 35. That is the lvl gems and weapons max out...

They used to be more vigilant and ban ppl more often. Not so much these days I think.

Plat vanities are indeed stashable. There are certain kinds that are not, though. You can only share stash with characters on the same account, though.

You longer gain xp once you hit the hard cap.

Yup, that sounds about right. I've wanted brim since I was 26 so long ago. It sucks being disappointed, yeah? So much for the latest "fix" for it.

Dps is achieved through personal growth, not by weapons or gems alone. Ponder that a bit.
