I stated this weeks ago that a new full set has so little intelligence that one rogue combo would cost 30% of total mana. It's simply ridiculous.

Let's also be aware that the new set for rogue has 66 less intelligence. That equates to 660 less mana. Most rogues if they have the new set and don't use eye gems will be around 1200-1300 mana...
