Yes, the damage stacks with the different types of jewels(3 total), crit damage is only on the 7 primary jewel and it stacks with crit damage from pet.

Please make the pet xp stashable, it doesn't need to be tradable but I want to be able to use it on my main character.

I don't play rogue much but I think bows do more damage on normal weapon attacks, but less with skill damage. Check aimed shot damage in skills while wearing bow compared to dagger/chakram weapons.
