See for ur self when u talk of pve u talk of elites. You can solo elites , you earn easy by farming arena , you got high damage(because of crit). These things are impossible for warrior and mages.

It's 3.5% chance per tick for time-shift, which is different . Maybe that nearly equals 35% chance of freezing weaker enemies.

The thing with gale mastery is that , u have to know whether u would be stunned/frozen beforehand or not. Then cast before u get stunned/frozen, otherwise it's utterly useless.

Congrats rogues at least u have more armor than a mage . kindly spend ur skill point on str and armor passive , along with razor shield mastery.
