NPC who give u money for waiting in last town he was near tavern yes ? if he was he disappeared too...

I think this is bug with this quest (Watson was distracted looking at smtg shiny...). I also cant do "The troubled turtle" (help by finding old master), "the lonely Frog" ( help frong by indroducing...
