Ive not tested, but think you just need 750p each level if having xp lixes, awakens and such.

S13 overall banner is last season type without xiii.

I leveled up to 71 yesterday, banner not rewarded. Tryed relogging, rezoning and waiting 1 day.. seems its bugged again. All my 3 other 71 hardcore toons have banner. Thanks

Its sad that 51 mythic staff 46 and 56 arcane staffs more usefull then new staff. Ive tested the 66 arcane staff in alott of maus5-6 runs now and the wildfire and immo banish is still op on mobs,...
