Those vanity drops could be added to LV'LAR since players at max Lvl really don't need xp-orbs.

There are also other reasons why players stick to lowlvl-pvp:

- No enchantments
- No op-procs
- Existing build-differences (you cant just max out everything)
- Less dodge
