U can stash weapon,gear,items and money.. But why no potions? I got a ton of potions on my other character but dont use them.. So why not stashing them? To use it on the other craracter

They are dropped by the locked chest as evry 1 knows, but to get the lvl 26 mytic/arcane helms do u need to be lvl 26? Are is the chanse to get them the same on lvl 1 to 26?
