I do not think everyone gets the kill. I think you need to be the person who finished the enemy off to get xp. I am not sure :P but we should test it. :)

What if instead of crafting all the equipment, craft certain pieces. That way you can get a combination of m/s and h/s.

There are no stakes in duels as of now. Im not sure if they will ever have a dueling system. They may decide to implement a rewards system for pvp, but as of now there is no staking.

Yea, I plan to take it slow as well and enjoy the whole game. My only concern is that people will rush to level 55/56 and start to become boot happy. Hopefully thats not the case.
