Riksa still urging to re-pay for quests

Please note that Oktal Towne is free but for some players access to quests from Riksa still not allowed for free and Riksa requiring to pay for it.

I killed Rex, saw fallen loot, pressed to it ... and ... suddently appeared form askig me to return to town - and i pressed OK... (without any attention to do it)

Please dont confuse us and designate status of "Elite" only to GOOD items which are definetely worth like parts of sets.
