There is not specific number for the quest you have done, but under adventuring in achievements it shows if you have done all the quests in each area, so you can see what places you need to finish....

I have been level 15 for a while now but my gear is pretty terrible. I want to get gear from elite dungeons but they are really hard. Is there gear i can farm so elite dungeons are easier or...

Yes, also try the watchers tombs 3 because the clear time in very quick and its amazing for kills. I would say only do watchers tombs if you are soloing though. Have fun

Arghh, i still just dont see the point in buying chests because it cost to much plat and the gear is not that amazing also i like farming from nothing to get gear. Just my opinion.

Warriors have such a high soloing capability its amazing, a shame they are going to nerf them. :(
