I have timeshift yes, that seems a bit dodgy aswell. I have a point in the root skill and it definitely doesn't work at times but does work at other times, all sorc spells have become pretty...

I second this, especially the point of how warrior is a more effective team player / supporter than Sorc. Should warrior really be a more effective healer and snarer than Sorc?

I've noticed that my frost skill is less effective on mobs too now. Most of the time it won't place any snare or freeze in place which is annoying... It must be connected to the PvP update.
