Yep testi got the same thing yesterday am, but what made it unique was that the player name was "announcement" so it took him a minute to realize it was a player and not an in game alert.

2. Refresh trialpay tab after completing offer or survey.
3. Refresh game and your plat will be there

For attack on a single player, I use aimed shot charged immediately followed by piercer. If I'm running to attack a group of 2 or more I use razor shield then run in with charged attack to stun all...
