A war will never be viable DPS as the game is now. You do less damage then a level 16 Rogue.

The max DPS you can get at 21 is 143.9(or just about that number). My level 14 rogue has 134 right now...

Vorp is better for a TANK. You shouldn't be worried about how much damage you do. Crit attacks cause more threat than white attacks. Vorp crits very very very often causing much more threat

Gonna go survivor tank for CTF and finish my Rogue for 3v3/5v5. A war might be viable for the group crowd control skills and healing but not for DPS. A war can chain for 8-10 secs all types of stuns...

Armor test is flawed since you don't show what the dodge and HP of each is. 850 armor and 7% dodge is better than 1000 armor.

And how did you do the armor test? 1060 armor is extremely hard to get...

There is zero possibility to hold threat with VB in your build when running with geared rogues and mages. A Wars threat generation from attacking and attack skills is not even close to the threat...

What do you drop to get VB? There is nothing about it that increases DPS, threat, or taunt more than adding another taunt attack skill instead. VB is only usefull if you use Windmill and and Skyward...

Recent testing is showing that Taunts DO NOT work when a mob/boss is stunned. I don't know if this is intended or a bug. I am currently using a modified version of Uggs Tank build with 4 Taunts.

I think your build is only good for lower gear or it depends on how someone plays. I play with top damage gear with a semi tank build and I have never died since reaching 21 or had someone pull agro...
