I'm being ignored by both Remiem and STS support again. 3 weeks since I sent an email to support and 10 days since I messaged remiem.

What is the offical sts support nowadays?
I didnt get any sort of confirmation email from support@spacetimestudios.com.
Like they send from nativex one of those "email has arrived, we'll respond...
