Took me a long time and many many runs through morhaven,I literally got 100k kills just from farming bats =P

Bats still drop,just rare. If you want a vanity you just gotta keep trying. Some people it only takes 10-20 runs,others maybe 1000. Thats just the way it is

Only real choice is to throw em in your stash or sell for $0. Sucks,I know,cause you end up having to just buy stash slots for all your vanities =/
