I experience this if I'm not directly in the portal when entering. If I'm in the portal don't have any problems

New elixir doesn't work for level specific. It works for your specific class or your specific stats on your character.

Maybe a 51 made it? Not sure but I think 5 levels above and below can join, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Will the new xp elixir be running a continuous 7 days or will it be like other elixirs and only run while in dungeons?

on only certain weapon types you get assassin perk, so pretty much you're doomed when you're the last one. Although its the funnest way to rack up some kills :)
