Same problem here,but i can upgrade if the items not fill gems or empty,if have gems the problem is same

I cant upgrade my items anymore since update,all my items that fill gems cant upgrade anymore,soo i cant find super gems,any clue anyone about this?

Maybe your fren not done doing quest missing fragmant,im done this quest about 6 hour,we must replay till got 15 fragmant
