I have seen many players posted about this thread in here many times. In fact, we have seen many players use more than 4 skills in pvp in THIS season. We really hope Sts do somethings to stop it in...

youre right! if rouge has +35 dex then their stas will have crit and dodge that they can kill mage(no shield) with a shot easily

legendary pet: malison (most popular ), ribbit and talon
Mythic: slag
Arcane: most rouges use glacians and HJ because it is half price of SAM, than Sam
