Yes with max str damage is good but but sill won't work with dev dragon is that a bug?

The new 2750 plat str gun doesn't make a set and doesn't work with dev. Is this how it's supposed to be?

You're right, someone who plays the game once or twice a week should have all the same stuff that someone who plays hours a day, everyday for years. That makes
