to all the people who tried to help me when I couldn't open AL a few days ago. You were all so helpful,
and I do appreciate that. With my little computer knowledge, I need all the help I can get!!!

After getting my butt kicked trying to fix this problem, and rereading some of your suggestions, I
realized that when I re installed Google Chrome I was just installing the same version. I googled
"Google Old-Chrome" and I got a list of maybe 100 or more past versions. The one I got rid of was
a 27 version and I just went to the next newest version (26) and , bingo, it worked!!! I also learned
a little about my computer, so it was a learning experience also.

Dinella, my loyal friend and ally, was glad to see me back. She also asked me to express her thanks to you nice people.
