Is my PvP and PvE build ok?Pls help.

Hmm well it's an pretty standard PvP build. But it's not above average.

My PvP build is 13/17 (skills/passives) for example.

In PvE ur build sucks really hard.
You only have 2 CC's skills (the stun in charged fire bolt and the chance to stun with lightning).

Remember we mages aren't supposed to be the best damage dealer's in PvE (rogues are).
We only do CC and an average AoE damage.

PvP wise its good, would have been better if you'd put your points into STR passive since survivability is very important for mages in both elites n pvp.
Your build is good otherwise. My build currently is Fire, Lightning, Shield, Heal for PvP, Fire, Ice, Shield, heal for elites, Fire, Lightning, Shield, Heal for pve bosses. As you can see I'm using 5 skills while sacrificing on the STR passive (I've put my points into INT). While this isn't the best build, it works for me.
The problem is, ice is good in PvE but poor in PvP

How about gale?why use ice instead of gale?

Gale is kind of useless. Its speed boost is good but otherwise...no thanks. Useless in PvP cuz I believe knockback doesn't work and PvE it knocks the mobs away from the tank.

Only if you don't know how to use it. . Gale is very nice for a crowd controlling sorc.

for me best pve and pvp build all in one is 4/5 fire, 4/5 ice, 4/5 heal, 4/5 shield and 5/5 int, 5/5 dex and 4/5 str. but if you want to stay with your skills than for sure i wouldnt use knockback on shield, radius on heal, 25% hit reduce on fire, those 3 points you can put on str or dex.
