I suggest to re-map your skills,
Frost Bite and fire together below (It's a combo),
Above it maybe drain life and lightning,
all buffs (skill the second blessing too), heal and reincarnation (rev) together in one column, and the rest like you want.
Sorry can't give specific tips atm.

I don't think this is good thing that AL players are coming to PL.

This just encourages devs to put even more effort to AL to keep the playerbase "stable".
