Does STS capture metrics like instances started vs boss kills? Data like this could be used to fine tune things (or implement some new rewards system) to encourage folks to stick around and at least make an attempt at boss kills rather than mapping out as soon as the last trash mob is downed. As things stand, it is pretty miserable trying to find a group to work towards downing a boss (a near level appropriate group that is) and is a bummer to drop 7-10 plat on instant rezzes + hundreds of gold on pots and pet food to 2-man [insert boss here].
