Some devices dont update their plat offers, unfortunately those devices dont get affected by these updates such as 2x plat payout. i know this because I own an android tablet which hant still doubled the plats, the high plat offers never work and the offers that refresh are the same/similar ones.

source: my tablet...it never updates the offers with events and stuff
