Can you have a co master in your guild as I want to add my wife and have others as officers. At this point I can't have them higher than recruiter. Is this possible?

No not really, officer, recruiter and master are the only ranks currently.
There were many suggestions for new ones though, so maybe we will see those in close future.

Until then you can imagine her as co-master or over-officer.
