50 of any class is decent.
I'm fine with using forgotten. Which of your suggestions do you like the most?
15 bear requires you to have the L. 10 Platinum Pack which costs 35 platinum. (If you want to get good)
I dislike the 23-40 community but that's just me.
From the looks of it, I'd say you haven't PvPed much in PL.

I personally would recommend 15 bear because it has fairly simple mechanics.
I really haven't PvPed much in PL. The only lvl I tried was 15 but that was long ago so I don't remember much of it. I'll try it again once I lvl'd my bear, shouldn't take that long.
I've taught my brother how to 15 Bear.
