Klaas Egg NPC bug

Last night I went to him for first time I clicked on him and that free egg timer started counting down I then walked away. I went back 5 minutes later with 7 platinum and tried doing the "get egg now" for 5 platinum and it said I got the treasure chest and I never got it (I know where it goes because my wife also plays and I seen her get hers). So I quit for the night the next morning I logged on and it said that free egg was available so I hit ok and it said I got the free egg treasure chest but once again it glitched and I don't have it. How do I fix these glitches? please help!

Did you check to see if you got an elixir? You do not always get an egg, in fact, eggs are quite rare.

This. If you look in the little box in the upper left hand corner, where your health and mana bars are, there will be little icons telling you what kind of elixir you got from Klaas. He either gives elixirs, health/mana pots or eggs. He MAY give story tokens...I'm not sure if only Shaz does and I'm too lazy to do a forum search. But yeah, you'd have better luck using your plat to buy eggs from the stable if you're willing to spend plat on eggs. The eggs Klaas drops are typically worth about 1,000-4,000 gold. I've gotten Frost a few times, which sells a bit higher, but I don't think it's worth dropping plat on Klaas, hoping to get an egg.

Btw, you don't get the chests themselves. You either get the egg from the chests or elixirs. The chest automatically opens if that's your problem.
