Rogue Level 24 HELP

Okay guys, been reading Rogue discussions for a while now and I probably read all related forums on regards of building a powerful Rogue. Okay here’s the thing, I already Respec my skills and Stats twice now, and this time I almost went full Dex and a little bit of STR and none for INT, I followed some of the advices here about building a powerful Rogue and all that and with the help of a sweet friend, ive been able to buy pricey items at the auction to make my rogue not powerful but at least strong enough to kill mobs alone. But still I constantly die and I don’t think I make good damage, here’s the basic info.

What do you think im lacking? Please guys if u have suggestion ill greatly appreciate it. Cheers x

When you say you don't think you make good damage - what do you mean? Your stats are one thing - but how you use skills and your weapon make a huge difference.

When I was about that level I made the switch from DPS weapons (Depraved Blades of Potency) to AOE Damage Daggers (Flintlocks of Brutality)... I actually think I started with Flintlocks of Tactics first because I didn't want to make a huge investment for something I was unsure of.

The flintlocks made a huge difference and I started (at that time) seeing elite South Seas runs go from 8 - 10 minutes down to 4 - 6 minutes consistently.

The difference is in the number of targets they hit with an autoattack (AOE daggers hit 3 targets with one regular attack) and in the Damage stat used to calculate damage for your skills, thus all of your skills do more damage with AOE daggers than with DPS daggers...

Your damage is a bit low...I'm level 22 with 170 damage using horton, and that's pretty low if you ask me considering I've seen lvl 23 rogues with almost 200 damage.

Yes those super high damage rouges are most likely twinks for pvp. (I was one at lv23 and had 193 dmg)

I would suggest you go for the full dex build and max out your passive for dex to get better damage. I believe you will have enough skill points to max the passive and get all your skills you want.

Hey Guys I will Post Screenshots of my Rogue in a bit. Yea I agree I guess my damage is pretty low for my level, what do you think I would do about it, which weapons to use and armor? What do i need to buy? Someone post a thread here about how successful her rogue is, she indicate all her stats and skills and i followed that, is she was successful on her rogue why can I not? Hmm. I switched weapons, sometimes i used daggers but most of the time i use bow.

Find gear that's DEX / INT don't worry about STR - since it does nothing for you but add health and to be honest the extra few points in HP are not enough to really make a difference... adding INT increases your damage as well.

Looks like you're not using the best daggers you could be - find yourself some Agile Lifethief or Agile Heartseekers...

Once you hit lv 25 or higher - start looking for Flintlocks of Tactics or Flintlocks of Brutality if you can afford them.

Those are the best weapons for your level with the exception of the hooks

Those daggers are the best for dps, but to get the best dmg, go for bonechill bow of potency (any bonechill is really good). I personally like using bow because i can just attack from afar, away from most of the danger.
