The Best Build for Rogue
Hello Everyone!
It's Sibos (War and Peace - guild master) lv29 Professional Rogue.
I just wanna to share my the best build after testing all skills for PVE/PVP/Boss
Active:
1. Aimed Shot 5/5 - the best rogue skill max it
2. Noxious Bolt 5/5
3.Shadow Piecer 3/5 - first 3 skills
4. Combat Medic 5/5 - max it
Passive:
1. Agility 5/5
2. Damage 5/5
This build works on PvE/PvP/Boss
Full DEX build.

Is this build for lvl 24 or lvl 29? cause total Skill Points is 28. Correct me if im wrong.
On Topic: Hmm yeah its nice build but i think we need some str passive to survive 1 hit attack of a Elite Boss
Edited: It's lv29 Rogue Build. Yes needed STR and INT even for mana which you will get them from gears.
Right now I'm at level 23 leveling and I'm using the following build after respeccing so many times for free:
5/5 Aimed Shot (Might change to 5/5 NOX, just for leveling)
4/5 Shadow Viel (No Combustion)
4/5 Shadow Piercer (No armor debuff, might change this)
5/5 Combat Medic (THIS IS A MUST, I saved so much money on pots from this)
Rest in general standard passives that suit you.
I rotate the following pets: Mali, Talon, Horton, & Ribbit. Might add in another in the future.
Main tactic is to pull with AS, drop SV, pop Ribbit Arcane, SP around and finish off stragglers with dps spamming. This is after you dropped Medic Packs behind you.
I'm thinking of just switching out AS for NOX just for leveling, mainly for the AoE damage that it does and comboed with ribbit they go down FAST.
This build is just for lvling, you will see that is not works at PvP. Aimed Shot is the best skill together with Combat Medic - those 2 skills must to be maxed does not matter is it PVE/PVP/Boss build, those 2 skills are the best skills for Rogue. You doing amazing damage with aimed shot and if its critical will be insane, and heals yourself with combat medic saves to spend so much money for pots. Rogue needs INT even, if you ask why cause mana finishes so fast with skills, so for that I prefer to wear gears which has INT and STR stats mainly and my build is pure DEX.Originally Posted by keikali

Only charge shadow veil, gt lots of daggers in between other skills.

Charge veils and shadow stormed shot. There is just enough time in between your aimed+nox combos to charge SSS. When veil is available charge veil instead and go back. You should almost never auto attack.
Pvp-bow. Always bow in pvp.

Hey, I'm just starting and I'm level 6. So far I've put all my points into Dex and im 4/5 on AS and 1/5 on CM. Is this build recommended for a new player and has anyone else tested it out. Thanks!
Yeah is good too I'm тαкє the might and knowledge after I'm 20 lvl up but I'm still pure dex but not on passive so try ur best

Radius for nox is a must to have when it comes to elite hunting...the damage done by stacking the DoT on group is much better then SSS, which is a completly useless skill with high CD and low damage, better to invest the points in crit/str/damage passives or just medic
A complete must is an exaggeration, never charge nox bolt. I very much like hitting 6 mobs at a time with SSS which crits 700-900 per mob. Bow builds are only the best in maps before dead city, due to the need for trap in other areas, where you can hit 3 mobs at a time with your daggers. This is because they SHOULD be grouped very tightly. In mobs before dead city, (excluding rooks nest and Brackenridge village) in a strong team, it is mostly a run and gun thing, you don't really stop that long for traps and daggers to take effect. You only kill half the mobs as you would in dead city outskirts or oltgar, where daggers excel.
NEVER EVER EVER use medic in elite. Buy pots or go to pvp.

well my nox DoT is 100 damage per sex (x6) hitting x6 mob with a 2 second CD +extra one second for charging, so in 6 seconds i am doing i can stack 2 nox Dot's dealing that will deal 1200 once done the 12 seconds...and while the DoT is taking effect, i can stack more nox DoT, and i forgot to mention the arrow hitting the monster damage, which is around the 500~800 (including crit) as for SSS, the CD is too long with very 1 time hitting low damage , i find that skill useless for me in elite runs...as for medic, i agree with you on that, that skill is useless for elite runs but if not medic and you dont need anymore passives, is trap considered a good option? or maybe RS? sometimes trying to push to many skills into your skill routine can actualy ruin in....i am good spamming charged AS+DPS attack+nox charged+DPS attack...thsway i cankeep stacking my crit and keep the grouped mobs poisoned...as for SV its being drop on start
as for daggers iv'e never used dagger in elite runs...my only usage of daggers is for cleaning trash mobs in km3, bow is the only choice when it comes to elite.
If you're charging your aimed you can't stack crit. And actually bow really isn't good in maps past rooks nest. This is due to the fact that daggers hit up to 3 mobs at a time when grouped properly. This is where trap comes in handy grouping them together. And using a charged nox would take away from you using dagger attacks on 3 mobs at a time before your next aimed, which you need to keep stacked. After trying charged nox many times, my runs just always seem to be slower. But I guess it needs to be tried again.

Daggers for me seem to be much more effective at trash mob clearing.
