I'm wondering if i can get another Hardlight Shield.
way back i have reserved a SL name and received the hardlight shield vanity,
however, i have deleted my character wich had it.

so my question is, is there any way to recover this lost hardlight shield? ( i still know the name of this character, however someone else took the name after i deleted it, but i have evidence of a purchase in my purchase history)

Once you have deleted a character, everything will be gone. There will be no refunds, no rollback and no recovery of that character. It's gone forever.

Looks like you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Do you have experience about this kind of problem?

I once deleted a character that had a dragon vanity, and I got it back after I e-mailed support.

In general, our Support Team used to do "extras" in the past that we no longer do. One popular one is looking for "free" names. In the past we would search for who had that name and free it up for users to use now. Such extras are outside the scope of the Support Team and is something we no longer offer to do. Thanks very much for your understanding.

In short, that means they will not recover your vanities from a character you have just deleted. Sure, I'll admit that they did that in the past, but times have changed.

That's just plain false information. It's looked at on a per case basis. One of my guildies had her entire account recovered (multiple chars) just a couple of weeks ago.

To the OP, just mail support as was said here already. They might very well be able to help you depending on the specifics of your case.

Very well then. Still, it is entirely up to the developers to recover it, and looking at their most recent statement, I'm sure they won't tolerate extras like that anymore.

When you are about to delete a character, they will ask the user to confirm it by typing the very toon's name. This interface IMO is definitely not for show. So when someone says he/she deleted a toon with an Elite Vanity on it and they want to recover the toon back, I'd say they deserved it. After all, they have this feature to confirm their choice in the first place.

Uhm Wend... Ya most likely they will recover It, if it was deleted a while back I doubt they will. If you deleted it recently they may recover you shield.

In fact, I saw someone's entire character restored in al just a couple weeks ago.

the problem is, the char i deleted can't be recovered.
because someone has taken the name on PL.

anyway i'll send an email to sts, if they would like to help i'd appreciate it.
