extreme lag in jurn woods

jurn woods is very laggy for me and some others, i thought it was just me, but others say they lag there. i do have a chromebook, not a fancy pc, but is there any thing we/you can do to fix it. an option for a lower graphic setting or something?

i also get alot of lag in parts of the dead city area, but i havnt seen anyone else saying they lag there too.
