Quest bug
On the second quest. Called something like. "let's get Halloween started" or something. If you buy a costume before the quest is accepted, it won't work, I bet half the people bought a costume before the quest and I have no more plat left, it doesn't seem fair. Thanks.
just wear one and go to talk with guy.
then hit that option he gives to you and its ready to turn ini tought first same but actually its not like that.
Yeah, and make sure you're not wearing the zombie costume. That one doesn't count.
