Can't host Haunted Manor games

Currently there is a merry-go-round of people entering and leaving Haunted Manor instances that have already been defeated, but never fully abandoned. This is frustrating for all involved.

It seems this could be most easily addressed by hosting your own fresh instance, but I haven't been able to do so, even after completing all of the quests.

Yeah this is really annoying. I went through like a dozen times at least, and have still not seen the boss. I gave up for the time being, and am just hoping it won't be as much of an issue once the update excitement has worn off a bit...

Edit: solution, boss should respawn maybe.
