From what I can see your build seems ok. I highly recommend that you change the pet though. Try ribbit, slag, malison, talon, or horton if you're poor.

Remember that thing about AL platinum only being used for elixirs and vanity? Yeah.
Yes that's one of the main reasons ppl use rogues at that lvl - the high healing capacity as compared to other classes. When I had a 12 rogue, I used aimed, dash, and packs. Also max passive dex give quite a bit more dmg

Yeah use heal packs I hear they're OP at that level. Also if you can afford it get Malison it works wonders on your stats.

Max your agility passive and get combat medic, only give it the " owner throws down 1 extra pack " upgrade.
And shadow should only be 1/5
