There are a couple different skill builds you can use, but the two that see the most use and are perhaps the most viable are the heavy Crowd Control build and the Bear Grylls build.
Heavy CC (crowd control/tanking. IMO, not the best build for the current endgame): growing rage, increase mass, nebula, singularity, neutron stomp, gravity well, back breaker, and graviton slam.
Bear Grylls (so named because you can survive anything. Very useful in current endgame): same as Heavy CC, but you swap out singularity and one of the taunts for vigor and kinetic reservoir.
I personally prefer the Grylls to CC, since healing and maintaining full energy are paramount in the current endgame. Singularity is situational enough that swapping it out won't cripple your ability to tank and knock mobs around, and I've always felt that back breaker is the far inferior taunt when compared to slam.
