    Default Logging on to find 438 Plat- actual

    Well, it has been quite a while since my Platinum has actually surmounted triple digits.
    I had quite the heart attack (by Demi Lovato) today when I logged on and changed characters to my twink, only to see that my Available Platinum had a very amazing 438 Plat next to it.

    So I know that there are some different approaches to reactions about this thread.
    The first one is: hahahahhaahhahahahahhaa nice joke gf cya picsplz /ignored.
    Well, I'm not lying.

    Second one: OMG WTF HOW?
    I was also immediately pinching myself and jumping off several stairs as well- was this a dream? Nope. It was 100% delectably real!
    Then I decided to actually figure out how this happened- had I been hacked and...gifted?!
    I checked Purchase History and found the answer...what might have been a simple glitch that would revoke all my Plat by tomorrow, or an actual guarantee or honesty and validity.

    Third reaction: Why do we care/stop bragging u nub

    This is where it all comes down.
    To my surprise, I noticed THREE, yes THREE, new pages in my Platinum Purchase History.
    All the transactions were made today, 7/3 and had various amounts of Plat on them, totaling to 438.

    I then noticed the name: entitled NativeX.
    NativeX? But isn't that W3i/the free Plat offers thing? You bet it is!

    My suspicion here arose from the fact that I had sent multiple HelpDesks/Support Emails to the NativeX company a week or two ago.
    I've sent dozens of emails before in the past few years but they never got replied to, so the ones I sent a week ago were out of boredom; I didn't expect anything at all.

    It seems like NativeX's support finally did their job. Nearly THREE pages of Plat Offers, all credited to me today.
    And I believe that it is all because of those persistent HelpDesk emails that I sent to their company.
    So SEND THEM IN!!!

    Now the weird part.
    There was an offer that I got credited for, one for iPad only, that I clicked on, but never actually did.
    It was credited. Along with a few other offers that I did not exactly do/complete fully...
    Hmm....no idea what to say, but I'll be takig advantage of this free Plat if it turns out to be a glitch and gets revoked soon...

    As for all of you, LOG ON! Check! Maybe you received a nice surprise as well! My friend did as well.

    Nope I have a kajillion pendin platinum offers and a couple emails in, always amounts in"Send Photo proof" I do so and no response.

    I sent them a support email last week. I got an email saying my support number and that it will take up to 3 days. But I still don't have an actual response or any plat.

    Same thing happened to me lawl. Yesterday I logged on to find a total of 175 plat, after multiple emails.

    Alright, just checked my email.
    Anyways, it turns out that they DID respond, and pretty quickly (within 5 days).


    As you can see, the reply was very courteous.
    How did my order become so special?

    I mindslaved them. Haha just kidding, but I did send a smart type of message.

    The tip here is that you have to make them want to help you, that is, make yourself seem like someone who is loyal to NativeX.
    The perfect way to do this, is to just include near the end of your message, like I did, something like this:

    I have personally used NativeX as a free game currency offer company for the last few years.
    Throughout these years, I have NEVER had such a problem like this and I feel dissapointed that I did not receive my Platinum as a result of these technical issues today.
    As a returning customer, I hope NativeX will be able to award my offers and credit my account.
    Please fix the errors ASAP, and thank you for your time and concerns.
